Abstrak

This study examines the implementation of the English Club Program on students' speaking skills at SMP Islam Rejis Bekasi, employing a qualitative methodology for an in-depth exploration of participants' experiences. The research focuses on five key areas: student motivation and participation, learning methods, the program's implementation on speaking skills, the roles of teachers and facilitators, and obstacles faced. Findings from observations, interviews, and documentation indicate that the English Club significantly enhances students’ speaking skills through structured activities such as presentations and discussions, leading to increased confidence, fluency, pronunciation, articulation, vocabulary usage, and sentence structure among participants
